A Family Tour of the Western Wall Tunnels in Honor of a Bar/Bat Mitzva

Becoming a Part of the Jewish Chain of Generations

A tour appropriate for a small group of people (up to 12 people): 

We invite the Bar or Bat Mitzva child to join us with their close family members on an exciting journey in search of the Jewish chain of generations.  This chain began here, as Abraham stood on Mount Moriah, and reaches here- to the Bar or Bat Mitzva child who embarks on an emotional journey through time at the Western Wall Tunnels.

The program includes an intimate and specially personalized tour of the Western Wall Tunnels for the Bar or Bat Mitzva child and close family.  During the tour, we involve the family members and encourage them to share their stories with us so that the Bar/Bat Mitzva child comprehends the place s/he occupies in the chain of generations.  In addition, there is an interactive multi-media activity, a gift especially for Bnei Mitzva children, and a special ceremony in which the child signs his or her own “Jerusalem Treaty” certificate.

A tour for a large group of people (up to 30 people):
A program which includes a tour of the Kotel Tunnels with the participation of family members and guests, and with a special emphasis on the Bar and Bat Mitzvah child.
